DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN On behalf of our client, a multinational shoes manufacturing company in Serang, Banten, we are looking for Shoes Development and Commercialization Manager with these following details:
1. Leading the commercialization process of new and old style shoes to ensure that production process runs smoothly.
2. Supervising the direct development process between Headquarter and Factory.
3. Becoming a communicator between developer in Taiwan, Buyer, and other Indonesian shoes companies.
4. Developing products based on the design and technical requirements as well as maintaining performance, quality and integrity.
5. Engineering the products with a focus on productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
6. Managing the developed and tested products to the commercialization team on time, engaged in the commercialization process until the final step of the production trial.
7. Liaising with the production line to check product quality and process improvement.
8. Working with suppliers for maintaining and developing technical applications and processes, including the development and implementation of new technology.
9. Leading the team members, especially for their technical skills and understanding level.
10. Supporting production and improving quality together with technician and other supporting departments.
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or above (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field)
? Related work experience 8 years in Shoes Commercialization or Product Engineering Development (PED) or manufacturing management
? 5+ years experience in management for shoes manufacturing company
? Excellent in English (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)
? Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Project)
