**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and updated schedule of import activities.
- Ensure the import activities are according to updated schedule of import activities.
- Ensure a proper release on imported goods from customs zone: - Monitor and work on a daily basis on the customs clearance process.
- Handle issues arising during customs clearance process.
- Maintain good working relationship with customs office.
- Ensure an appropriate handling and transportation of imported goods from the port to warehouse.
- Report Import activities directly to Director.
- Ensure import process catch the Lead Time.
- Responsible with Import cost and discrepancies
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Transportation
- Have 5-6 years experience, minimum 1 year in Supervise level
- Can speak both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
