**Shadow Teacher Roles**:
1.
To help student stay focused, cope with the school syllabus, and pay attention to the classroom instructions
2.
To provide guidance in completing classroom activities
3.
Openly communicate about the progress of the student with the parents and teachers
4.
Act as a bridge between the classroom teacher and the student and their learning needs
**Requirements**:
1.
Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Psychology major or Special Education Program
2.
Accredited and trained to handle special needs children
3.
Have worked with students that have had different disabilities
4.
Patient and adore working with special needs students
5.
Speak English proficiently (Indonesian speaking teachers are also welcome)
