Handle daily settlement operations, including Crypto and Fiat settlements
- Participate in the preparation and analysis of daily settlement reports and provide essential reporting to both external and internal stakeholders
- Check and manage user deposit and withdrawal transactions
- Check daily transactions and balances in the back office and partners
- Generate and process report from regulator (daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
- Build and maintain strong relationship with our partners (payment gateway, liquidity provider, bank, etc)
- Responsible for reporting and documentation as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field preferred
- Have at least 5 years of experience in settlement operations or customer fund management
- Preferably come from a cryptocurrency or fintech background
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Possess a growth mindset and interest in improvement
