Service Point Engineer

Job Description:

- Ensure all DaaS fulfilment are met with SLA
- Preparation and testing software will be standard by SBU
- Prepare software list for System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Compliance for staging
- Perform device staging
- Perform Quality Control on device after staging completed
- Update Quality Control by system on share point Liaise to Makro Trend Technology (MTT), for staging and deployment (Kaseya), create procedure for software installation
- Benchmark product, related replacement unit in annually
- Daily Monitoring DaaS Dashboard
- Download, compile & submitted IDR complete Approval to Sales Admin for Service Contract process
- Regular inform to Sales Admin to Hold Service Contract process if Stock not available
- Team member for Revise PO, Purchase Request & Material code
- Desktop Management
- System Center Configuration Manager - End User Services (EUS)
- Do testing for System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for support EUS (Laptop and desktop)
- Monitoring for compliant and non compliant devices
- Kaseya - Desktop Management
- Design, development, and staging
- Create alternative for update patches for user Work From Home
- Projects : USB Block
- Tim member if Kaseya Problem

Requirement:

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Teamwork & Communication Skill
- Technical : Related to DaaS deployment, O365 Technology, Licensing VLC
- Microsoft certification (MCSE )
- ITIL V3 Certification
- ID Management
