Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, such as hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, doctors, nutritionists, etc
Create the organizational network and align with operational flow through targeted outreach and project planning
Identify key business partners and opportunities (B2B) to push for market and service expansion based on market trends and competitior behavior
Acquire new potential strategic partners and negotiate commercial terms and contract arrangements
Engineer efficient communication between business partners on operational involvement
Liase with business partners to solve issues, and maintain strong and beneficial partnership
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, communications, or related fields
3+ years relevant work experience in strategic business partnership, service partner operations, etc.
Prior work experience in the healthcare industry
Great partner and product management skills and working knowledge of business development and brand expansion
Excellent negotiation and communication skills and able to coordinate well with multiple stakeholders
Exceptional ability to analyze and identify profitable business opportunities in the market through strategic partnerships
Good communication and interpersonal skills (e.g., presentation, brainstorming, etc)
Fluency in English and Bahasa (both verbal and written)
