Responsibilities
• Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety meetings• Rig up and down Coil Tubing service line equipment• Assemble and prepare equipment for installation and service• Assist in running a job• Maintain general housekeeping and repair equipment• Perform pre/post job Coiled Tubing equipment inspections• Operate High Pressure fluid pump and coil tubing support equipment• Perform hydrostatic testing on Blow Out Prevention (BOP) and reels• Mentor peers and train Operator Assistants• Monitor well control parameters and calculations• Perform preventative maintenance on all Coil Tubing associated equipment
Requirements
• High school diploma or similar education• 6 months experience as Operator Assistant ll• May require a valid Commercial Driver's License• Product Service Line (PSL) specific equipment/job skills required• Essential math, red book, and Coil Tubing I training• Good interpersonal and communication skills• 6 months experience as an Operator Asst-Coil Tubing II• Basic mathematical, reading, and writing skills• Basic computer skills preferred• Licensure to drive commercial vehicles may be required• Promote safety awareness and comply with HSE regulations• Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance• Quality Improvement Process participation
