**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:
Service Leader - AC (Air Conditioning) responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all machinery, equipment and engineering facilities of the property and to ensure that there is no breakdown of the engineering system which may create discomfort to tennant and back of house areas.
Service Leader - AC (Air Conditioning) maintains and reports all air-conditioning and refrigerated equipment including auxiliary equipment throughout the property and ensures that all such equipment is working satisfactorily and efficiently.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Fluent in English (oral and written), Resume/CV must be in English, other than that will not be prioritized.
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury property brand with experience in manage and lead a team.
Experienced with HVAC is a must.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong eagerness to learn.
Flexible and adaptable to different working locations and shifts.
