Supporting aftermarket services, site survey/site measurement and in-house support.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system
- Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system
- Comply to Smiths etic policy and regulation
- Comply with all SHE law and regulations
- Installation of seal at site / customer facility
- Commissioning of the machine after installation
- Trouble shooting
- Provide training
- Provide report for every cases and activities
- Conduct failure study to find root cause with cause-and-effect diagram
- Provide recommendation for any modification to engineering and customer whenever necessary
- Ready to support customers on call and regular basis
- Promoting John Crane products to customer
- Supporting sales team on technical discussion with customer
- Supporting organization/department to achieve business unit indicator (KPI)
- Building good rapport of John Crane in front of customer
- Conduct mechanical seal inspection, inspection report and seal repair recommendations.
- Repair the seal - cleaning - lapping - assemble & testing
- Capable to operate SAP to support business activities
- Capable to communicate effectively inter department
- Supporting 5S
- Supporting CI/Kaizen
- Assemble and testing for new seal before deliver to customer

**The Individual**
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical engineering, majoring conversion energy
- 3 years for diploma degree and 1 year for bachelor degree.
- Preferred Technical Knowledge and Skills (if any): Rotating equipment
