DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibilities: Visit customer regularly for preventive maintenance/service
Do installation, setting and functional test to the instrument in order to be ready to operate in customer site
Do instrument calibration, troubleshooting and sparepart replacement if there is a problem in instrument / test results
Make customer visitation report to supervisor
Training software and hardware operation to customers
Support sales and marketing team

Job Requirements:

A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electromedical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Service Engineer in a hospital (handling Surgery and/or Specialities instrument)
Preferably having STR ATEM certification
Good communication skill, conceptual and analytical thinking
Dedicated, self-motivated and have good integrity
Able to work independently as well as in team
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Possess valid SIM A / C driving license
Willing to travel across Indonesia
