**Responsibilities**:
- Build custom WordPress solutions with strict design guidelines using PHP, HTML, SASS/CSS & JavaScript
- Assist the development team in the maintenance of various WordPress sites
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to make sure that the end product meets design standards
- Develop with a strong focus on website performance and security in mind.
- Ensure that correct technology processes are being employed and followed on projects
- Contribute to best practices, workflows, and standards and company knowledge sharing
- Open to learning new technologies and languages if a specific project demands it
- Help create solutions based on client feedback
- Communicate development ideas and standards internally and to the clients
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience of developing custom themes & plugins in WordPress
- Familiarity with Woocommerce and Shopify is a plus
- Must have a working knowledge of PHP, SASS/CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of developing with SEO best practices in mind
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills (both in-person and in writing) while interacting with individuals with a range of technical understanding
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
