About The Role
We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with the responsibility including gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. The UI Designer will work closely with our marketing team and designers to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

Create and implement user flows, and user interface specifications in collaboration with product management and engineering teams. Conduct usability tests to validate design ideas. Document insights and interaction models based on user feedback. Create and maintain design systems for products

Requirements:

3+ years of experience with end-to-end product design. Can speak English & Bahasa Experience in b2b, enterprise or platform design. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Able to conduct user research testing Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, email) Technically fluent, comfortable working closely with engineering Provided portfolio IS A MUST!
