Job Overview
The Senior Talent Operations Specialist will be supporting Talent Operation Manager in all spectrums of HR including but not limited to employee data and document, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Industrial Relation, learning and development, payroll process and develop programs, policy and HR tools to help our Imagineers be effective and successful in their day-to-day job.
Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and deploy HR policies and company regulation.
Establish HR systems, processes, programs and tools for the organization.
Collaborate with company leaders, and Talent Ops. Manager to develop HR strategy and activities that champion growth, innovation and organizational effectiveness
Assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development, etc and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.
Support the Management team and company leaders in delivering productivity by creating procedure and policy.
Partner with business leadership to find opportunities to attract, develop and retain people to achieve their fullest potential.
Act as liaison between employees, Talent Ops. Manager and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations.
Responsible for maintaining and developing the whole organization structure the company including all matters related.
Qualifications
5-7 years’ cumulative experience in General HR Operations preferably in organizational development and learning & development
Deep knowledge in HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience in developing, executing and maintaining HR projects and programs
Demonstrable ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
Shown ability to diagnose problems using critical thinking skills and drive appropriate solutions.
Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record in handling workflow with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities
Strong familiarity in managing HRIS
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Advanced proficiency in written/oral Bahasa Indonesia
