- Minimum 3-years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and/or other HR functions
- Fluent in English, both oral and written is a must
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant major
- Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Experienced handle hiring managerial to C-level with overseas team (Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand)
- Max 27 years old
- Able to join ASAP
