Senior Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Officer (Sepo) Du Anyam 2020

Background
Du’Anyam is a social enterprise that produces and distributes crafts to empower women, promote culture, and improve health and livelihood in rural Indonesia. Today, Du’Anyam works with over 1,000 weavers across 50 villages in East Nusa Tenggara and Papua, increasing their income by 40%. Du’Anyam has supplied over 125,000 crafts to hotels, corporations, and retail customers in Indonesia and in the international market.
The Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Officer (SEPO) will work directly under the Chief of Community & Partnership Officer (CCPO) and VPS (Vice President for Strategy) that are based in the head office in Jakarta.
SEPO will lead in planning, building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders in Jakarta, East Nusa Tenggara, Papua, South Kalimantan and elsewhere in Indonesia and internationally communicating the work of Du Anyam. The SEPO will take a proactive approach to build a non-commercial network of local stakeholders and fostering good relationships with the government (National, Provincial, Regent, District, Village), the private sector, civil society, education institution (universities, school), funding entities, and other stakeholders involved in the creative economy and women empowerment sector. He/She will provide guidance on the local context (cultural norms) and regulatory requirements for mapping out key stakeholders that supports the vision & mission of Du Anyam.
