Senior Staff Store Manado

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibles on the day to day operation of store
Provides customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
Assists other store employees with their work
Checks the products before the opening and closing of the store
Responsibilities for achieving sales and improve team
Manages commercial and operational aspects in stores/assigned floor to achieve sales target
Completes store operational requirements by schedulling and assigning employess
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, from any major
Having experience minimum 2 years in Supervisory or Managerial role, in retail industry or retail fashion will be an advantage
Willing to work under shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday (6 days work, 1 day off)
Good communication in English
High energy, possess good customer service and drive in achieving sales target
Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining team
Interested in fashion or lifestyle brand
