With a focus on ROI and resource optimization, you'll help make sure every initiative moves the needle and ensure our customers are set up for success on the Sitetracker platform.The Skills You'll Have: Project Management experience, handling multiple software projects simultaneously (waterfall and agile) across regions (ANZ & Asia) without losing focus Ability to quickly assess urgency and impact to reallocate resources Data processing skills for report/dashboard generation for project monitoring Experience in scoping and balancing stakeholder expectations across regions Analytical skills to understand issues and align initiatives with business goals Confidence in presenting to and influencing C-level executives Proficiency with analytics, KPIs, and real-time metrics for dashboards and decision-making Relationship management skills to build trusted stakeholder relationships and promote transparency Effective communication skills across all levels, from end-users to C-suite Technical aptitude with tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Salesforce, and understanding of data models and APIs Experience leading complex technical implementations, including Salesforce cloud migrations and integrations Process design skills to identify pain points and drive workflow improvements Ability to facilitate workshops and build consensus across regions Within 90 Days, You'll: Understand Sitetracker's operational, technical, and customer landscape Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies in current projects Build relationships with key stakeholders Apply Sitetracker's methodology and deliver an initial executive presentation Within 180 Days, You'll: Successfully launch at least one full implementation with measurable value Standardize processes and improve implementation efficiency Establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement Achieve high stakeholder satisfaction and build trust with leadership Within 365 Days, You'll: Lead multiple successful projects, including complex Salesforce deployments Exceed KPIs for system adoption and user satisfaction Standardize project delivery and governance frameworks Serve as a strategic advisor to executives Create a regional rollout playbook tailored by country Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries: Software Development, IT Services, and Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
