Execute and assume responsibility for a full range of routine and assigned administrative duties
- Handle routine secretarial duties and perform any ad-hoc tasks when required
- Arrange and schedule appointments internally and externally
- Prepare travel arrangement and create the travel expenses claim/report
- Prepare any claim expenses
- Responsible for stationeries and periodical subscription in the department
**Requirements**:
- background in Oil & Gas, Mining, or have an relation government/state owns organizations.
- 5+ Years of experience
- Professional English Proficiency
**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Secretary: 5 years (preferred)
