In this position you will… …lead a nationwide sales team and take responsibility for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve our ambitious growth plans.
You will be responsible for growing our sales revenues for device protection and insurance through continually optimizing performance and delivering around our strategies.
You will be responsible for… Delivering key business goals for device protection and insurance exchange including quarterly / annual revenue targets, penetration KPIs, product mix, sales quality, effectively managing cost of acquisition budgets and delivering return on investment on marketing spend Proactively supporting bolttech client's sales network and ensuring that bolttech products are well positioned in the client's customer sales journey Actively engage with marketing team in contributing feedback / suggestions and in execution of awareness campaign be it POS or digital Overseeing a team of Sales Managers that manages the company's total sales activities and performance nationwide Design and execute plans for acquisition of new distribution and dealer channels for the company's products and managing of existing client/dealer/distributors of the company's products Identify, develop, and manage the end-to-end sales journey and optimizing with technology innovation to ensure efficiency and seamless customer experience Develop and implement programs for regular training for sales growth of all new and existing dealer channels Periodically and consistently provide insights based on data to our key clients on the performance of their sales network Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the company customer base Maintain awareness of current market conditions and competition and be proactive in implementing new strategies to address ever changing market dynamics Execute all the assigned Key Responsibilities in line with the specific timelines as aligned with the key account team Comply with the daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting responsibilities in alignment with the General Manager Indonesia and Head of Sales and Marketing Completes overall sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results For you to be successful… …we expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies: Impactful Committed to delivering strategically aligned objectives, creates plan to achieve with key milestones and measures Holds high standards for delivery of outcomes with a lens of continuous improvement.

Gives team members the authority, flexibility and resources to get the job done You will require the following qualifications and skills Degree relating to Sales and Marketing Minimum 10 years experiences in Channel Management Retail Sales Minimum 3 years experiences in Telecommunication Retail Sales Minimum 5 years experiences in Management Level Position Experience and have the abilities in Sales Concepts, Strategy, Positioning and Planning; Training Capacity; Financial Planning and Strategy; People Management; Competitive Analysis; Understanding the Customer; Product Development and Client Relationships.
