We are currently assisting our client, a Printing and Packaging Services company, in hiring for a Senior Sales position based in Surabaya.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in printing services (offset printing, packaging, custom box, etc.)
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and referrals.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and printing samples to clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Provide excellent post-sales service and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in printing, packaging, or a related industry
Strong knowledge of printing processes (e.g., offset, digital, custom packaging).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
