**About the Role**:
As a Senior Relationship Manager (Funding - Koperasi), you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and promoting cooperative funding products.
Your role involves proactive marketing efforts, achieving set funding targets, and nurturing relationships with existing customers while exploring opportunities for cross-selling.
**What You Will Do**:

- Seek out potential customers and promote cooperative funding products through targeted marketing activities.
- Achieve funding targets as designated by the company through effective sales strategies.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products.
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase awareness and understanding of cooperative products among potential customers.
**What We Are Looking For**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the cooperative banking sector.
- Goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in handling Funding (Deposit) products, particularly within BPR / Koperasi Simpan Pinjam institutions.
- Proficiency in managing a customer database for funding purposes.
- Strong negotiation skills and effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Residence in Jakarta.
