Senior Project Manager

Job Description Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific services project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
**Job Description**:
- Defines the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.- Creates a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.- Determines the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project.- Develops a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.- Monitors the project progress and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.- Reviews the quality of work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the standards required for the project.- Monitors cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly / bimonthly).- Ensures that the project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.- Evaluates the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering- Min.
5 years of experiences in Project Management as Project Manager- Strong leadership and capable of working under pressure and deadlines
