Join Our Team as: PROJECT ENGINEER / Senior Process Engineer Location: JAKARTA/JABABEKA The candidate will provide technical support for plant setup, focusing on chemical engineering processes, including scale-up, basic design, and commissioning.
REQUIREMENTS Degree in Chemical Engineering; graduates from overseas universities are a plus Strong technical knowledge of chemical engineering Ability to interpret chemical design drawings At least 2 years of experience in a chemical production environment Experience in plant commissioning from design to start-up Experience with i4/SCADA systems is a plus Basic IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media; above-average Excel skills Willing to be posted overseas during project commissioning Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Leadership, project management, and mentoring abilities RESPONSIBILITIES Perform process design engineering with the team Review project specifications, design philosophies, PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, and manuals Prepare datasheets and drawings ensuring accuracy and completeness Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, and quality Handle project documentation, including client submissions and vendor reviews Coordinate communication across departments, vendors, authorities, and management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals Apply engineering principles to solve complex process issues Ensure quality and safety standards are met, implementing quality control measures Identify and resolve process issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions Note: All applications are confidential.
