Senior Project Accountant

Job Overview:Authorized to provide an accounting service to the project. Key Responsibility/Accountability: Liaising with either the Project Director/Project Manager or Project Controls Manager on all financial matters related to the Contract and Subcontracts. Ensure PD / PM has the legal and financial authority to approve I sign on behalf of the contracting entity Ensuring that appropriate checks and balances and internal financial controls are in place and functional throughout all segments of the project and are in full compliance with JRM Policy. Identifies and assesses project related business risks and recommends mitigation plans. Aligning and coordinating with other departments on project related financial matters and maintain this interface throughout the life of the project. Ensuring that invoices are rendered to clients on a timely basis according to contract terms and that project cost are properly processed and recorded. Taking responsibility for client audit interface. Ensuring that all activities involving foreign currency are hedged according to JRM Policy. Participating in the development and preparation of the monthly project review reports. Ensure all project financial reporting are consistent with our policies and procedures Reviewing the actual data on a monthly basis and determine if changes to the EAC need to be made in consultation with PM & PCM. High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conducts. Desired/Preferred Qualifications : Strongly knowledge in Project Accounting Requirement Self Confidence and Independence Fluent in English and Bahasa Working & Education Background.
