Senior Product Manager (Money Management)

We are looking for someone with a strong 0-1 and growth mindset to help us build products that enable users to manage their money.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, building, and enhancing the product to deliver a superior customer experience.
You will also craft and execute the product strategy to scale our offerings, aiming to build the fairest financial services company with seamless, convenient, and reliable experiences.
What you'll do: Define, lead, and execute a product strategy aligned with business goals, collaborating with other teams.
Own OKRs and drive the product roadmap, ensuring cross-team alignment.
Manage prioritization, product definition, execution, rollout, and impact analysis.
Create clear PRDs, break down user requirements into stories and acceptance criteria, and communicate with engineering and design teams.
Participate in and facilitate scrum activities like daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming.
Identify key metrics, build dashboards, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
Develop trusted relationships with engineering, business leaders, and stakeholders to optimize product delivery.
Success criteria: Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering or management.
At least 4 years of product management experience with successful consumer internet products.
Investment or management consulting experience is a plus.
Ability to analyze complex problems, identify use cases, and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of data, design, research, engineering, and business processes.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
High attention to detail, standards, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive attitude with ownership and accountability.
