Senior Product Manager - Citis

Lead and mentoring all product team

End-to-end product management for MyValue loyalty platform apps, dashboard backoffice platform (CMS) and other CFP products.
Responsible to ensure that the product and features function well and able to assist business stakeholders if necessary.
Analyze and monitor existing product's performance and customer data.
Explore and discover initiatives and improvements for MyValue products

Collaborating with various, cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, design, customer service) in the development of new products or features launch.
Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and customer-oriented.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with stakeholders and prepare detailed user stories and documentations.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various and cross functional teams.
Bachelor degree of equivalent degree (all majors) from reputable universities.
Experience with SQL, Python, and any other statistical or data analysis tools will be a plus.
