Senior Product Development

Leverage deep expertise in beauty industry trends and competitive insights to identify opportunities for innovation within our product lineup.
Work closely with the Marketing team to craft compelling product portfolios, define unique selling propositions (USPs), and develop briefs for point-of-sale materials (POSM).
Spearhead ideation for new products and product lines, ensuring Glad2Glow stays ahead of industry trends and consumer demands.
Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis, providing strategic recommendations to strengthen the brand's positioning.
Lead and mentor Product Development Executives, ensuring seamless execution of product development initiatives from concept to launch.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Beauty Product Development.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Strong understanding of local and international beauty market trends, including products, ingredients, and evolving consumer needs.
Deep knowledge of skincare/makeup ingredients and a passion for beauty innovation.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide product managers and collaborate across teams.
Skilled in market research and trend analysis to drive product development strategies.
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to inform decision-making and prioritize product features.
Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative beauty products.
