Senior Product Designer

**About the team**Jagel is subsidiary company of Pinhome, is a no code android apps development platform. We provide a communities for entrepreneurs who want to develop their business with technology. Filled with flexible and young teams that can fill each gaps and very versatile with their works, currently we're a team of 16 that helped each other through lots of ordeals to grow into one of the biggest tech enabler in Southeast Asia.**About the role**UI/UX designer will be responsible for designing products to meet the requirements standards. You need to design the features with a customer oriented mindset so the products will be easy to understand.**What You Will Do**- Collaborate with multiple roles & departments on defining, validating problems, generating ideas, formulating product requirements, and analysing the impact of the design output- Produce design and research outputs, such as user flow diagrams, wireframes, low to high-fidelity prototypes, and Usability Testing (UT) reports- Manage the junior designers by monitoring and evaluating the progress and results- Improve the current working process within the Product Research Team through high-leverage and strategic initiatives**What You will Need**- Min 5 years experience in related fields- A design portfolio that highlights the thought process of each design output. The portfolio can be presented in the form of a website, a PDF document, presentation slides, or prototypes- Proven ability to define the clear rationales behind the web and/or app product design- Exceptional problem-solving skills using qualitative and/or quantitative data on making decisions- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
