Join our TalentHub HR Operations team as a Senior Payroll Associate! If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for making payroll run like clockwork, we'd love to meet you. In this role, you'll play a key part in our payroll cycle - from gathering and validating inputs to reviewing outputs and ensuring all statutory payments are spot on.
\n What You'll Be DoingSupport the HR Payroll Team in BPJS enrollment, and attend or solve inquiries from employees and Other Division(s);Partner & work collaboratively with Other Division(s) & HR Operations team to elevate employee experience;Payroll operational and execution excellence;Payroll data checking/health check;Work & collab with other divisions related to payroll (eg. HR, Finance, etc);Payroll, BPJS ManPower & Health, OT, Severance, Income Tax Art 21, and other variable calculationsAd-hoc duties as assigned; Who We Are Looking For Experienced Professionals in the HR/Payroll department (experienced for 2 - 3 years in the same field)Someone who is confident with their English skills (spoken and written)Someone who possess an excellent organizational skill (multi-tasking, time management, and administrative skill)Someone who is familiar with operating Ms. Excel and HRIS platforms.Someone who has a high value of integrity, strong commitment, willing to learn and self-improvement.
