Senior Operation Manager Tobacco Manufacturing

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities:?Responsible for the overall operations and profitability of a company or institution. Their goal is to maximize this organization?s efficiency, productivity, and performance, by making sure all operations are running smoothly.coordinate all business activities, meaning he/she is in charge of overseeing employee performance and budget control, establishing guidelines and objectives, and ensuring things are getting done in an efficient, organized, cost-efficient, and safe manner.Ensure ongoing Operations readiness by implementing and supporting an integrated Operations approach involving all relative functions and suppliers.Support the Product and Process, Work with relevant functions (R&D, External Delivery, Procurement, SNO (Supply Network Operations), Quality, etc) to align product/process.Supports the analysis of supplier and supply chain performance.Looks for opportunities for continuous improvement on standards, approaches and practices influencing ?right-first-time? approaches to capability build.Work with other subject matter experts to develop and implement superior ways of working leading to be a better products for our consumers.?Requirements?Minimum 15 years experiences from Tobacco Operations. Mastering in all process such as R&D, Product or NPI, Primary process, Secondary Process and Quality SystemBachelor?s degree / Master?s degreeProven Project Management experience with excellent inter-personal skills, process knowledge and a sound understanding of conventional product design and manufacture.Knowledge and understanding of the key operational activities relating to end to end new product development from concept to launch.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills:Communicating clearly, both in writing and verbally, in order to give clear instructions and to create a transparent and communicative environment with all teamBeing able to develop and sustain long-term relationships, both internally and externally, in order to facilitate work efforts, alignment, and collaborationHaving great listening skills, treating others with respect, and remaining calm, in order to prevent or facilitate conflict resolution
