As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 12 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector for the job of Senior Operation Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
Reports directly to Factory Director Manage and guide the team to ensure productivity target is achieved as agreed Develop lean manufacturing plan to improve productivity, reduce lead times, lower cost, reduce WIP, reduced variation, improved quality, and expanded capacity Ensure maintenance activities for all equipment and facilities are performed as required Ensure compliance with product quality standards, regulatory, ISO and GMP. Present manufacturing procedure, processes, and equipment training to subordinates Perform with teams and supply chain management to ensure a stable stream of inventory without any excess. Conduct risk assessment of processes also routine audits of equipment and schedules Ensure health, safety and environmental policies for the well-being of staff and visitors Accountable for departmental Profit and Loss Manage and execute production based on daily/weekly/monthly target and ensure the plan is in line with customer specifications Ensure the quality and delivery expectations are met and minimize cost where possible Ensure the required best working practices are always maintained
Job Requirements include:
Holds Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent technical discipline. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience Deep understanding in ISO and GMP Able to work independently, strong analytical and supervisory skills, proactive in recommending value Hands-on in managing and processing of operation and engineering-related matters. Result-driven, hands-on with the ability to engage and give positive influence to employees at all levels Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, team building, planning and decision making. Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members Required language: English (Written & spoken)
