Senior Operation Executive (Mp Or E) - Building

Persyaratan

Hold Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Have at least 5 years of MEP experience (can be from consultant or construction background) and having good knowledge of them.
Specifically, on Mechanical and Plumbing (for MP expert) and Electrical (for E expert).
Good communication skill.
Good teamwork ability.
Willing to learn attitude.
Willing to adapt with building operation that requires flexibility in working times (possibly working on weekends or holidays when needed).
Willing to involve in other building operation matters.
Ability to communicate in English (Business level).
Experience in high rise buildings.
Experience as a Chief MEP in high rise buildings is much preferable.
Experience with MEP design works for office building, commercial facility and hotel.
Experience with construction management in electric power company or MEP sub-constructor.
