Senior Operation Analyst

Job Description Summary

The Operation Analyst is part of the commercial operation team in driving growth across the various business units.
The role will need to provides inside sales support and customer care, accurate and timely commercial, and operations support during the entire sales and operations cycle to ensure key corporate objectives are met.
The Operation Analyst must also understand and be ready to respond to the market changing environment

- 1.
Ensure standardized S&OP process across all BD businesses and distributors.
- 2.
Work closely with business teams to ensure successful implementation of corporate-level sales operation strategy, projects, and processes.
- 3.
Support businesses to streamline and optimize sales and operations processes with distributors.
- 4.
Attend and ensure pre-consensus & post-consensus meetings are conducted according to agenda and with high quality outputs
- 5.
Analyze and provide comments to monthly country performance on In-Market Sales, Trade Sales, and Future Days' Sales (FDS) inventory level across all businesses.
- 6.
Monitor and escalate inventory risks for appropriate action.
- 7.
Accountable for the SIOP tool (In-Market, Trade sales, FDS, Dist.
Inventory), always ensuring the integrity of the data, implementation of system changes and modifications.
- 8.
Process owner for production of sales performance reports and incentives validation.
- 9.
New product introduction and launch planning with cross-functional stakeholders.
- 10.
Analyze internal business trends and processes
- 11.
Act as SFDC country's superuser
- 12.
Responsible for all intercompany transaction activities
- 13.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
