Senior Mortgage - Relationship Manager

This position will responsible to acquire new sales from new and existing customers that incorporate the full range of mortgage products offered to achieve target.

- Ensure the achievement of Sales Targets for Mortgage products in branches that affect revenue targets
- Providing the best quality services and adequate product information to customers, maintaining good relations and providing appropriate solutions
- Ensure that all processes related to the sale of mortgage products are in accordance with applicable regulations and policies
- Coordinate and communicate effectively and efficiently with internal credit team
- Managing and mentoring Junior Mortgage RM

AgenKAN is an integrated financial platform that provides access to Financial Services products for the Unbankable in Indonesia by leveraging the O2O ecosystem.

We started our business in October 2018 as an Integrated Financial Technology Platform by partnering with traditional retail stores in providing various financial services through the application. Less than a year, we already have 2.000++ AgenKAN partners all over Indonesia.

AgenKAN application has been downloaded by more than 2.600 users and has maintained 4.5 stars in play store. We have helped more than Thousands of customers by providing them access to financial services which they have been denied before.

We are chosen by BCA to be the first batch of eight financial technology (fintech) companies to join its start-up accelerator program (SYNRGY), which is part of the bank’s Synergy fintech innovation project launched. The program run by Google-backed accelerator Digitaraya will bring in various experts from local digital economy players.
