**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ability to lead MTI (Modern Trade Independent) channels for the business
- Responsible to plan and deploy prioritization for MTI channel
- Identify key business driver for the channel
- Collaboration with Trade Marketing, driving activation to win in store
- Deliver sales growth in MTI channel and win vs competition
- Ability to lead top to top alignment with pareto customers
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Modern Trade Channel in FMCG companies
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in account management & business analysis
- Driven, Results-Oriented & Resilient
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Leadership skills, strategic planning, market analysis, and time management
