Responsibilities :
Organizing appointments and meetings with community and hospital based healthcare
Identifying and establishing new business
Negotiating contracts
Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists
Undertaking relevant research
Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
Maintaining detailed records
Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Managing budgets
Reviewing sales performance
Writing reports and other documents
Key Responsibilities
Preparing Sales Calls Plan, and Daily Calls Plan Report using OPTIMA.
Re-check promotional activities, competitive activities, and new sources of potential doctors through selective visits.
Follow up on distributors' activities and ensure that distribution is properly implemented
Provide timely reports on activities in the area, product acceptance, and competitive conditions, or other activities as assigned.
Attend and participate actively in meetings as well as assigned programs, for the sake of the development of their own knowledge
Sales Activity
Ensure the achievement of sales targets through visits to the maximum and productive.
Ensure that potential A & B Class Doctors are properly covered, assigned, and meet work standards, such as doctor visits, pharmacy surveys, presentation slides & Round Table Discussion.
Increase the number of new users aggressively.
Build relationships with key opinion leaders and potential doctors, pharmacists, and others that influence the prescription of products.
Performing the tasks established in the Sales Calls Plan and the Daily Calls Plan.
Implement HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) in daily activities
Incorporating HSE targets within the area and implementing HSE to the highest standards
To overcome the main challenge I.e. Maximize the achievement of sales in each area, Monitoring closely, the activities of a competitor's company, Troubleshooting, Coordinate effectively withDistributors, Preparingfor Round Table
Qualification
Preferably graduates from Medical, Pharmaceutical,Biological or equivalent
Training experiences i.e. Product Knowledge, Basic Sales and Marketing, basic Pharmacy knowledge
Relevant Experienced with products in the category / area
