Senior Marketing Manager - Medical Equipment

PersyaratanHold Bachelor's degree in any related major.Have at least 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager in Health Care Equipment or Medical Equipment.Business level English.Experience of creating a marketing plan that builds awareness and drives leads.Excellent written and presentation skills.Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.Good experience of handling sales teams.Able to speak Japanese is an advantage.Willing to work in Cikarang and also willing to have a lot of business trips.(Only CV in English will be processed)Tanggung JawabUnderstand the overall business, sales & marketing strategy and create a marketing plan for the cloud infrastructure division including existing products (bed & accessories, surgical tables, sterilizer other hospital equipment).Manage budget and report on the marketing spend.Manage, lead and motivate a Sales & Marketing team.Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales, product management and the central marketing team to ensure there is buy in to future marketing campaigns and resources are maximized.Create collateral and content to help the sales team convert more prospects.Create a variety of content - thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, webinars and video.
