**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with the marketing manager to improve business processes, especially in partnership marketing, optimizing the campaigns for reach, engagement, and revenue.
- Partnership marketing: work with payment channel partners to create marketing promotions to drive new user acquisition & facilitation of Codashop and payment channels' mutual business needs.
- Responsible for providing performance reports with a data-driven approach, evaluating strategy performance, and identifying new opportunities for growth to the internal stakeholders and external payment partners.
- Collaborate with the local marketing team to get support for marketing campaign
- Make sure the key visual for the campaign align with Coda brand guidelines and all campaigns are getting maximum exposure from Codashop platform and collect all the exposure proof for marketing report (from both Codashop and PC partners)
- Support the global marketing team, ensure that the local marketing activities are aligned with global strategy.
- Identify and connect with brands from various verticals that can help enhance our marketing strategy and brand awareness in the respective markets.
- Enhance & bring Innovation to the partnership with Payments channels in a more consultative way while giving game updates to payments channels partners
- Work closely with functional teams in brand, design, legal, digital, product, and business development to ensure marketing is aligned with overall business strategy and make sure all campaigns can be executed in time.
**Requirements**:
- At least 4+ years experience in marketing and partnership.
- Good understanding and working history of planning and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Solid Experience in online gaming, digital payment, or mobile app businesses is strongly preferred.
Experienced working with e-wallet companies, telcos, convenience stores, and banks will be considered.
- Familiar with Digital Ads and Google Analytics.
- Good quantitative skill set that includes managing marketing budget, user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work with multiple projects and with tight deadlines.
- Experience in building up a new brand/product, and expanding a market is a huge plus.
Team player with the ability to work across a matrixed, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa is required.
