DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN A. Specific qualifications: Able to lead the process of transforming the role and function of the Human Resource Directorate (HRD) as an Administration Expert, Employee Champion, Change Agent to become a Strategic Partner for the organization
Have experience and ability to establish and develop Organizational Culture
Have experience and ability in Talent Management, including but not limited to Performance management and Training analysis and development
Have experience and ability to handle Organizational Development including but not limited to Job analysis, Job evaluation, Job grading/level

Minimum 5 years experience in Senior/top management position
