Job Description
- Build and lead a strong team responsible for assigned products or area
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve product adoption and retention
- Design, deliver, analyze, synthesize learning and provide improvement plans on campaigns/ initiatives for maximum ROI
- Create a go-to market strategy for new products and manage implementation with an excellent project management skill
- Consistently work with stakeholders in monitoring and tracking performance and identify market opportunities by looking at the new trends
- Liaise with creative team and strategize with channel owner to deliver in a good quality in a timely manner

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience as marketer, consultant, or product manager
- At least 2 years experience as team leaders, managing more than 3 junior team members.
Experience in building and growing a team from scratch will be preferable
- Preferable but not mandatory to have undergraduate or graduate degree in business, engineering studies, social studies, or communication.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and project management skill is a must
- Deep analytical skill and ability to translate into insight and actionable plan
- Self driven, passionate in data-driven marketing, and have a strong business acumen
- Familiarity with marketing tools and having knowledge in customer research is a plus

Additional Information
- Conduct research related to stock exchange market regulations and procedures on a regular basis
- Identify regulation issues that might come up
- Provide high-level regulatory compliance strategy to make sure that all business activities comply with stock exchange market regulations
- Manage and maintain good communication with the regulator
- Ensure good integration between the company's mission / activities with stock market regulation
- Monitor and manage all brokerage activities are in line with the regulation strategy
- Evaluate plan and regulation strategy and make improvements in area which necessary
