**Responsibilities**:
Develop the required partnerships with banks and NBFIs to help provide auto loans to prospective customers.
Work closely with the Product team to help develop the required consumer financing options that will be shown to customers.
Be the process owner for consumer financing for end-customers - policy creation for providing financing, documents to be collected from customers and financiers etc.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders from operations, sales to ensure the consumer financing process is run smoothly.
Ensure high productivity and low TAT for the consumer financing process,
5+ years of experience in consumer financing, a strong educational background and a good understanding of the Indonesian auto financing market.
**Previous experience in the following is an advantage**:
- Consumer financing/hire-purchase loan/auto loans division in OEMs/dealers
- Auto loans division of a bank/NBFI
Ability to converse effectively in both English and Bahasa would be an advantage.
Negotiation and business planning experience.
Strong analytical ability with a data-driven approach to making decisions.
Drive and hustle for continually developing and running processes efficiently.
Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge.
