Senior Legal Counsel

A market leading financial services company with really exciting portfolio is currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support their business in Jakarta.
About the Senior Legal Counsel Role:
In this business critical role, it will be your responsibility to protect and support the company business, innovations and assets by designing and ensuring a robust business advisory and business contract review and management for the business, including providing best consultation and advice on the third party engagement structure and business projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse legal risks and opportunities when advising the business on engagement with third party and managing business contracts

Design and implement guidelines and policies for business contract process and management

Provide training and awareness to the business on the business contract process

Provide advice and consultation to the business on any matters

To succeed in this Senior Legal Counsel job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

Law degree from a reputable university, preferably master's degree

Strong experience in capital market, merger acquisition, finance and corporate matters

Agility and ability to manage complexity

Collaborative mindset and attitudes

Good communication and negotiation skills
