We are looking for a Senior Lead – Fare Load and Pricing to oversee daily operations for one of our key clients. This role will be responsible for managing a large-scale team across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business-as-usual (BAU) performance and maintain operational efficiencyLead and coach a team of team leaders and agents, ensuring high levels of team engagement and performanceCollaborate closely with the Account Leader to maintain a strong relationship with the clientAct as the company's representative in supporting and engaging employees across functionsMonitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure consistent service delivery across fare load and pricing operations (land and air)Coordinate across multiple functions, including Customer Service, when needed Requirements Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
Experience leading teams of more than 5 members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal teams and client expectations
Flexible with working hours to accommodate client requirements
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and ability to interpret data for decision-making
Background in the travel industry or Customer Service function is a plus
Familiarity with fare load and pricing processes (land and air) is preferred
