Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 30-50 air fulfillment specialists supporting international clients.
Oversee ticketing, fare filing/audit/load, re-issuance, and refunds with precision and efficiency.
Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently met.
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to drive operational excellence.
Act as the key point of contact for overseas clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any major.
3+ years of experience in air fulfillment, ticketing, or airline operations.
2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of GDS platforms (preferred).
English fluency is required.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
Flexibility to work in shifting arrangements if needed.
