Responsible for monitoring monthly targets and achievement for related Products
- Researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit & service improvements
- Understand the needs of business partners
- Create relationships with new clients & build good working relationships
- Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information & guidance
- Responsible for after-sales services
- Maintaining documents needs with the legal and finance team
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new business opportunities.
**Requirements**:

- Minimum +2 years experience in merchant retention, partnership, or relationship management especially in **Fashion brand/industries**:

- Preferably have sales background experience
- Understanding one of the categories is suggested
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions.
- Must be clear, concise, and convincing in communication
- Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra miles
- Sense of urgency for incident resolutions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with mínimal direction
- Proven experience in navigating the complexities of internal and external partnerships
- Ability to gain a deep understanding of partner goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution
