A Senior Key Account Manager job has become available at a 3PL company based in Jakarta. This position will be based in Tangerang.
About the Senior Key Account Manager Role:
Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for growing clientele by creating a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong working relationships and present solutions to direct end users/customers
Identify new product opportunities and present solutions
Develop portfolio plans and ongoing sales strategies to maximise profit and grow sales in new and existing accounts
Undertake regular visits to major clients/customers to verify the attainment of customer satisfaction
Resolve key client issues and complaints
Anticipate key account changes and improvements
Manage communications between key clients and internal teams
Strategic planning to improve client results
Negotiate contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and for possible use in future case studies or company training
Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Analyse client data to provide customer relationship management

To succeed in this Senior Key Account Manager role, you must be numerically strong, and possess outstanding strategic thinking ability and strong experience in key account management. You should be able to work aggressively to find new clients.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or similar
Ability to bring immediate clients
Experience of managing challenging environments and demanding customer
Minimum of five years in a 3PL company and ability to work in both a reactive and proactive environment
Solid reputation for delivering results, managing and implementing strategic project planning
Ability to be the bridge between Customer and Company
Outstanding realisation
Understanding of the billing process and submission
Strong Market intelligence analysis
Understanding of customers' business, as well as the Product and Customer hierarchy
