Senior It Engineer (Php)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM Salary: 12-20 Mil/IDR Job Overview We are seeking a Senior IT Engineer (PHP) who is passionate about technology, driven by impact, and ready to take ownership of our IT Division.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on in PHP development, experienced in DevOps and deployments, and possessing leadership qualities to drive IT initiatives across the company.
You will lead technical projects end-to-end, from proposal to execution, including integrating new payment gateways, managing CI/CD workflows, and guiding cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities Lead the IT Division and drive technological improvements across our platforms.
Develop, manage, and maintain web and mobile applications from scratch to production.
Design and implement DevOps pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
Manage deployments, including experience deploying applications to cPanel .
Propose and integrate payment gateways , including preparing business proposals and technical documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements, set timelines, and manage task assignments.
Draft and execute project management plans to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Ensure platform security and assess IT-related risks.
Apply knowledge of crypto and blockchain , particularly in implementing cryptocurrency payment systems.
Requirements Minimum 3+ years of PHP development experience .
At least 4 years of total IT experience ; project management experience is a strong plus.
Proven experience in building and launching web/mobile applications from the ground up.
Strong understanding of security best practices and IT risk management .
Experience with GitHub-based CI/CD , DevOps , and cPanel deployment .
Familiarity with payment systems and ability to drive integrations end-to-end.
Must have working knowledge in cryptocurrency and blockchain , especially how crypto payments operate.
Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Familiarity with Laravel or other PHP frameworks and Next JS.
Basic UI/UX understanding to collaborate better with design teams.
Experience in Agile methodologies.
