Business Drive a customer centric approach for all activities within WM such as delivering client solutions that meet their needs and making it easier for the frontline and RMs to conduct business and create a culture where WM teams across ASA are empowered and accountable for delivery. Growth and Maintain the AUM In WM Bancassurance Deliver Wealth Management Indonesia performance and KPI Processes Drive portfolio growth through existing to bank (ETB) and New to Wealth ( NTW) Based on client profile, need, map client potential and Build Client Portfolio.
