ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Consumer Strategy team.
The role is responsible to support in generation of product and consumer insights that drive consumer relevant product strategy development and also in delivering the consumer strategies and baseline for faster decision making.
Reports to: Head of Consumer Strategy & Planning – New Category
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
Geographic Scope: Local
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Provide support in providing high quality insights and reporting to drive organizational step change towards digitization Proactive structured approach required to feed into business to support the quick decision making. Ensure the integrity of insights and its integration in the decision-making process Continuous analysis of consumer and market trends, ongoing industry and competition analysis to distil and drive effective Marketing Strategy development Lead Insight generation for New Categories creating group standard Support relative insights from Product Development Team and consumer aligned product strategy development. Work closely with Agency Partners, coordinating consumer analytic projects and analysis
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
Have you worked on analytics and insights on digital platform for new category? Do you have strong understanding of data flow and best methodology to assure integrity of the generated insight?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience
5+ years' experience in leading international FMCG or IT company, well known for innovation and 360 consumer activation, strong consumer insight led by digital transformation Brand and trade strategy development Competitor analysis Consumer and customer engagement Marketing Planning processes Quantitative and qualitative analysis
Managerial & Interpersonal Skills
Fully capable in working independently and driving business results Ability to solve conflicts among areas/ functions Developing and maintaining relationships with external suppliers Effective communication and presentation Project management
