About the Senior HR Manager Role:
The Senior HR Manager operates as the lead HR business partner responsible for all talent programmes, activities and people practice compliance. Responsibilities also include talent acquisition, talent planning and development, leadership coaching, employee/industrial relations, change management and design/build and implementation of organisation structure and employee policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
To succeed in this Senior HR Manager role, you must have solid HR experience of at least eight years with strong communication skills.
Key Requirements:
Degree in human resources, business or other related fields
People-oriented and results-driven
Proven track record in industrial relations and CLA negotiation skills
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Fluency in English is mandatory
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
